T38 is an observatory at the JR TOWER which is next to the JR Sapporo Station.
We can see views of Sapporo City.

Entrance
The entrance is a Stella Place 6th floor.
We buy a ticket and use an elevator to go to the observation room.
A ticket price is ¥740, Year passport is ¥5000.
Northside
North side wall displays introduce of Sapporo City about season, food, history.

We can see Hokkaido University, the taxi pool on the north side, and Ishikari Seawinds from here.

Westside
Westside is a rail to Soen and Otaru, Mt. Moiwa sky ground and illuminations of ground in front of the JR Sapporo Sation.
Southside
Southside has Odori Park, Susukino, ferries wheel at Norubesa, Tanukikoji and Sapporo Dome.
A day of fireworks festival at Toyohira river, we can see fireworks from here.
Eastside
Eastside has a Sapporo factory which is a shopping mall, a Sapporo beer garden and museum, and a Moerenuma Park.
