I went to Otaru City to take photographs of the event “Otaru Blue Canal”.
This event is seeing the Otaru Canal which was desolation many blue lights.
Otaru City is next to Sapporo City which is the capital city of Hokkaido.
We can go to Otaru City 30~40 minutes from Sapporo City by train and express bus.
The city is famous for this canal, glass arts, wine, and seafood like sushi.
Here is the most popular for tourists from abroad.
